As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our company providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. This is a full-time position with on-site work required. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus
