Podhurst Associates a leading Market Research firm is seeking an Entry-Level Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter you will be responsible for scheduling appointments with potential clients and maintaining our database of leads. This is a full-time remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and appointments in our database
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely and effective communication
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and strategies
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM software and lead management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is a plus
Note: This position offers a salary range of $23-$33 per hour.
