Located in the heart of San Diego we serve high-quality coffee tea and fresh bites in an environment that uplifts and inspires. Were seeking a driven and passionate Coffee Shop Manager to help lead our team and grow with us.

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at Cufiya. As a Barista you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages to our customers with exceptional customer service. If you have a love for coffee and enjoy creating delicious drinks we want to hear from you! We are located on Miramar.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espresso latte cappuccino and more
Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served
Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar area
Operate coffee machines and equipment safely and efficiently
Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and specialty coffee drinks
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages
