Job Description
Location: Golf VX Flagship Venue
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Golf VX a leader in golf technology is expanding into entertainment and hospitality with our flagship venue. Were seeking energetic guest-focused Servers to deliver exceptional service and help shape the ultimate golf entertainment experience.
What Youll Do
Provide efficient friendly service to guests in a 46 bay section.
Take accurate orders process payments and balance sales/receipts.
Serve food and beverages safely and efficiently.
Maintain clean organized sections and assist with opening/closing duties.
Communicate clearly and work calmly in a fast-paced environment.
Anticipate guest needs handle challenges with patience and ensure every visit exceeds expectations.
Promote menu items and specials using strong sales techniques.
Follow food allergy procedures safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with team members to keep operations smooth and guest-focused.
Requirements
Strong communication multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift lift up to 25 lbs frequently (50 lbs occasionally).
Comfort working in a busy variable environment.
POS and payment system experience preferred.
Must be guest-oriented with a positive team-first attitude.
Preferred
2 years of hospitality/service experience.
BASSET certification within 30 days.
Food Handler certification within 30 days.
Flexible availability (nights weekends holidays).
Interest or basic knowledge of golf (training provided).
