Job Description:

We are looking for skilled Bakers to join our Canadian Program team. As a Baker you will be responsible for preparing a variety of bread pastries and other baked goods. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide variety of bread pastries and other baked goods.
• Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality.
• Inspect and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area.
• Closely monitor baking process to achieve desired results.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals.

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Baker or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Baker.
