Job Description: Food Service Supervisors
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the food service team
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure high quality service delivery
- Manage inventory levels and place orders for food supplies and equipment
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Create staff schedules and monitor employee performance
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a food service setting
- Experience in conducting staff training and development programs
