Job Summary
A new and exciting European pastry concept in Kuwait is looking for a talented and passionate European Pastry Chef to lead the creative direction of its dessert and pastry offerings. This is a unique opportunity to put your signature on a brand that will bring authentic European flavors and innovative creations to the region.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a signature menu of authentic European pastries desserts cakes and baked goods.

Bring creativity and innovation to establish the concept as a destination for world-class pastries.

Manage day-to-day pastry production while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.

Oversee ingredient sourcing and cost control to ensure high standards and efficiency.

Train lead and inspire the pastry team to uphold the concepts vision.

Ensure strict adherence to hygiene safety and food quality standards.
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef preferably in leading pastry boutiques luxury cafés or fine dining.

Strong expertise in European pastry techniques and trends.

Creativity in recipe development flavor pairing and visual presentation.

Leadership skills with the ability to build and train a team.

Culinary or pastry degree/certification is highly desirable.

Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
