Youll manage records follow up on ongoing matters and provide daily reports to your team lead. Key Responsibilities:

Handle professional email communication with clients and partners

Track and manage ongoing cases from start to resolution

Update records accurately and follow up regularly

Report daily progress and outcomes to the team lead

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth case handling
Requirments:

Very good English (spoken & written) is a must

1-2 years of experience in customer service administration or case handling

Strong communication and organizational skills

Punctual responsible and able to work effectively in a team
