Senior Marketing & Communications Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team in Cairo Egypt. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to drive brand awareness engage stakeholders and support business growth in the Egyptian market.

• Develop and execute innovative marketing and communications strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing and communications professionals fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
• Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
• Spearhead digital marketing initiatives including social media content marketing and email campaigns
• Manage public relations efforts and serve as a key spokesperson for the organization
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decision-making
• Develop and manage marketing budgets ensuring optimal resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights to optimize performance
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the Egyptian market

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field; Masters degree preferred
• 7 years of experience in marketing and communications with a proven track record of successful campaign management
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing and mentoring a team
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop comprehensive marketing plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including social media management and content creation
• Experience with data analysis and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies
• In-depth knowledge of marketing trends and best practices
• Understanding of the Egyptian market and cultural nuances
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
