Home Manager Residential & Dementia Care

Ipswich
C. 60000 plus package

Were looking for an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to lead a well-regarded 76-bed residential and dementia care home in Ipswich. Recently rated Good by CQC the home has a solid foundation but now needs a strong stable leader to guide it forward.

The Role:

Provide strong stable leadership to the care team creating a motivated and positive culture where staff feel valued
Recruit develop and retain a diverse team to deliver outstanding residential and dementia care
Work closely with the Customer Relationship Manager to increase occupancy develop community partnerships and strengthen the homes reputation
Build lasting relationships with residents families healthcare professionals and the local community
Ensure regulatory compliance maintain the highest standards of care and create a consistently positive resident experience
Drive long-term improvements focusing on recruitment and staff retention

Essential Requirements:

Previous experience as a Home Manager in residential or dementia care
Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building stable teams
Commercial awareness and ability to balance exceptional care quality with occupancy and financial performance
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Genuine passion for person-centred care and commitment to providing stability and consistency in leadership
