Job Summary
Founded in 2009 by Bartłomiej Serafiński Touchideas is an independent brand consultancy specialising in brand creation and rebranding. We work with businesses who want to grow by establishing powerful brands and bringing fresh concepts to life. Our small team of experts collaborates closely to deliver clear strategy bold ideas and actionable solutions: ideas you can touch. Along the way weve picked up a shelf full of awards but what excites us most are the brands we build for the future.
Were looking for a Junior Designer to join our creative team in Warsaw. Youll work side by side with our Creative Directors Designers and Strategists on new brands and brand transformations supporting the creative process at every stage from early concepts to final execution.
Tasks
- Support brand creation and rebranding projects with fresh creative input
- Prepare visual concepts and layouts in line with project direction
- Collaborate with the team to refine ideas and bring them to life
- Work on design assets across print and digital touchpoints
- Contribute to presentations and project deliverables
Requirements
- Youve already gained some experience elsewhere (e.g. as a Trainee or Junior in another branding agency)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g. Midjourney).
- Strong design fundamentals and an eye for detail.
- Fluent in Polish and at least B2 level in English.
- A collaborative spirit and openness to feedback.
- Curiosity creativity and a drive to learn and grow.
