Job Description
Technical - 10 years Experience
We are seeking an experienced AI & GenAI Solutions Architect to define design and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions with a strong focus on agentic GenAI systems. The role requires expertise in end-to-end architecture model optimization governance and deployment within Azure cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be able to balance innovation with compliance ensuring responsible AI adoption that aligns with enterprise goals and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
AI & GenAI Architecture
Architect and design end-to-end AI/ML/GenAI solutions including predictive models recommendation systems conversational AI and agentic frameworks.
Lead design of multi-agent systems RAG pipelines embedding-based search and multi-modal architectures tailored for enterprise use cases.
Define conceptual logical and physical architectures covering APIs data pipelines orchestration governance and deployment.
Technology & Infrastructure
Assess recommend and implement AI/ML tools frameworks and platforms (Azure AI Databricks OpenAI Hugging Face LangChain etc.).
Optimize AI deployments within Azure including compute storage and networking considerations.
Drive system optimization and scalability through model tuning distributed deployments caching and observability practices.
Governance & Compliance
Establish frameworks for responsible AI including role-based access compliance bias/fairness monitoring explainability and policy guardrails.
Ensure alignment with regulatory standards (GDPR UAE data laws and other applicable frameworks).
Collaboration & Innovation
Partner with data engineering IT and business teams to embed AI capabilities into enterprise systems.
Engage with leadership and stakeholders to define AI strategy roadmap and adoption priorities.
Stay abreast of emerging AI/GenAI trends proposing innovative solutions that drive business value.
