Job Summary

Registered Nurse Progressive Care- Contract Role

Location: Burlington MA 01805

Duration: 13-weeks Contract

Shift: Night 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Weekly Pay: $2448 - $2592; (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality patient-centered nursing care to PCU/Telemetry/Med-Surg patients.
Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms.
Titrate vasoactive medications and manage pressors.
Manage patients on High Flow oxygen therapy and BiPAP.
Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and intervene as necessary.
Document nursing assessments interventions and outcomes per facility policy.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
Safely float to other units within scope of competency as needed.

Required Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience.

Certifications:

Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
Preferred: TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

Licensure:

Active and Valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts REQUIRED
