Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Active Directory Expert to design implement and maintain our enterprise-level Active Directory (AD) infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring the security stability and efficiency of our IT environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of AD Group Policy and related Microsoft technologies with a proven track record of managing complex large-scale deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of the Active Directory and Group Policy infrastructure to meet evolving business needs.
Implementation & Administration: Manage the end-to-end implementation and ongoing administration of AD including domain controllers sites trusts and replication.
Group Policy Management: Create configure and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security policies manage user settings and deploy applications.
Security & Compliance: Ensure the security of the AD environment by implementing best practices monitoring for threats and conducting regular audits to maintain compliance.
Troubleshooting: Serve as the final escalation point for complex Active Directory and authentication-related issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams including network security and application development to ensure seamless integration of AD services.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the AD infrastructure policies and procedures.
Scripting & Automation: Utilize scripting languages like PowerShell to automate routine tasks and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Active Directory design implementation and administration.
- Proven experience with large-scale enterprise AD environments.
Technical Skills:
- Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory DNS DHCP and Group Policy.
- In-depth understanding of authentication protocols such as Kerberos NTLM and OAuth.
- Extensive experience with PowerShell scripting for AD management and automation.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and hybrid identity solutions is highly desirable.
