Job Summary

Summary: St. Anthony Hospital (SAH) in Lakewood CO is looking for a Telehealth Diagnostic Radiologist to help with coverage for their Therapeutic Radiologist to cover GI Tumor Boards until they find internal coverage.

BID DUE DATE: Sept 19th at 5p EST

Rate CAPS for submission:

Orientation: $257.50 Per hour of orientation and training beyond 8 hours

Hourly: $515 - Per hour no OT

Holiday hourly: $772.50 - Per holiday hour no OT

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

Oct 6 & 20
Nov 3 & 17
Dec 1 & 15
6:30a-7:30a may be up to 2 hours per day.
Support currently is needed for 3-6 months with the potential of longer dates due to negotiations with hospital leadership.

Details:

Therapeutic Radiologist to cover GI Tumor Board
Facility Location: 11750 W 2nd Pl Lakewood CO 80228
Setting: Clinic
Duties: Reviewing imaging and pathology to help stage disease and asses treatment options. Collaborating with other specialists (medical oncologists surgeons pathologists etc) to create a cohesive personalized treatment plan.

EMR Required Training:

Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
EMR Virtual training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed at least one week prior to the providers first day.

Providers will be sent a laptop from CommonSpirit Health and will be required to work from that laptop. Site is unable to send information via a cloud based system.
What types of scans will the providers read Gastroenterology (GI)
What type of equipment will be used and will it be provided The equipment for reading scans is through PAC software which will be installed on the laptop provided.
Clean MP/background is requirement for the team for any locum candidates.

Board Certified Diagnostic Radiology - Required
Active CO license - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
Candidates must detail if they have experience with GI/Colorectal reads as these candidates will be placed with higher priority - Required
Candidates must be available for all of the dates detail in the job description - Required
Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
Clean MP/Background - Required team will not accept any candidates with MP/background issues.
