What Youll Do

Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide therapeutic exercises functional training and pain management
-
Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote progress and independence
-
Accurately complete documentation and billing in a timely manner
What Were Looking For
-
Licensed in Oregon or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure
-
Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program
-
Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-
Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care
