Job Summary

Role Overview
The VP Sales (USA Region) will be responsible for driving sales growth developing strategic partnerships and building strong relationships with healthcare providers payers aggregators and enterprise clients. This role requires deep understanding of U.S. healthcare markets B2B sales cycles and solution-driven consultative selling.

The candidate will lead business expansion efforts own revenue targets and collaborate with cross-functional teams (delivery operations and product) to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the U.S. market targeting healthcare providers insurers corporate health programs and aggregators.
  • Identify and build relationships with decision-makers at hospitals payers healthcare systems and corporate clients.
  • Drive end-to-end business development including lead generation client presentations proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
  • Manage and grow key client accounts ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of healthcare solutions.
  • Monitor market trends competitive landscape and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategy.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Represent HCL Healthcare at industry forums conferences and networking events.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Management or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12 years of experience in sales business development or client partnerships in healthcare healthtech or corporate health services.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the U.S. healthcare industry.
  • Strong network of relationships with hospitals payers employers or healthcare aggregators in the U.S.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. (25 40% travel).
