The Opportunity
As a Business Development Representative / Loan Officer youll be a key player in our growth strategy. Youll engage directly with property owners educate them about our loan solutions and guide them through the financing process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced goal-driven environment and wants to grow their career in financial services.
What Youll Do
Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs.
Respond to inbound leads and manage through CRM software.
Continually establish and maintain a pipeline of new customers.
Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
What Were Looking For
2 years of sales experience (financial services or outbound sales preferred).
Extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in outbound sales telemarketing or business development is a significant advantage.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls to potential clients.
Excellent phone and conversation skills (written and verbal).
A positive attitude and customer-driven mindset.
Must be organized and present themselves in a very professional manner.
A clean criminal background.
Must have or be able to obtain an RMLO Residential Mortgage Loan Originator license.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
