Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive business initiatives by analyzing requirements optimizing processes and delivering data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders business units and technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs document requirements and define clear business objectives.
Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between business and technology teams ensuring alignment and clarity of project goals.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather interpret and visualize data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Solution Design: Work with developers architects and product teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions.
Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning and backlog grooming while also being comfortable with traditional project management frameworks.
Risk Management: Identify risks propose mitigation strategies and ensure business continuity during project execution.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain business requirement documents (BRDs) functional specifications process flows and regulatory compliance documentation.

Required Qualifications:

5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in IT Finance Healthcare or ERP systems.
Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
Strong understanding of business process modeling data analysis and reporting tools (Excel SQL Tableau Power BI etc.).
Experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA Confluence Visio or BPMN tools.
Excellent communication problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.

Preferred Qualifications:

CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA Certification.
Experience with ERP CRM or cloud-based business applications.
Working knowledge of API integrations and data migration projects.
Experience in leading and mentoring junior business analysts.
