Position: Program Manager
Duration: 6 Months with Extension
Location: Saint Paul Minnesota (90% Remote)
Sample Tasks:
- Provide program/portfolio management across multiple business areas.
- Provide leadership and strategic vision for small to large programs.
- Lead advise assist and review priorities to ensure business delivery value.
- Develop and foster effective communications among all stakeholders across multiple
- programs.
- Provide governance leadership.
- Conduct feasibility reviews of potential new services and contributing partners.
- Manage project changes as required.
- Ensure business objectives are met.
Sample Skills/Requirements:
- Five (5) years of Program or Portfolio Management and reporting experience.
- One (1) year of experience using remote collaboration tools such as: Microsoft Teams Skype SharePoint etc.
- Project Management certification such as: PMP CAPM or PMI-ACP.
- Experience with all aspects of the Project Management Office (PMO) lifecycle Software
- Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Product Management Lifecycle (PML).
- Strong organizational and communication skills. Must have experience with conflict management.
- Ability to effectively facilitate lead and communicate across the organization (IT and business) and within teams.
- Strong negotiation and partnership building with business and facilitation of prioritization across multiple business areas.
- Ability to manage conflict and conduct problem resolution.
- Some positions may need to be local. There may be times where being in the Minnesota office is required.
