Job Description
Job Title : Senior Java/JEE Developer (IBM WebSphere EJB JSF Criminal Justice Systems Oracle PL/SQL)
Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Experience designing and implementing highly available scalable multi-tier applications using Object-Oriented (OO) or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) with strong expertise in data structures algorithms software design and JEE design patterns on IBM platforms.
- Background in developing implementing and integrating criminal justice processing systems at the state or federal level including but not limited to: disposition processing fingerprint identification criminal history updates sex offender management wanted/missing persons tracking and offender supervision initiatives.
- Proficient with Oracle 10g or higher including coding and optimization with PL/SQL.
- Skilled in writing and maintaining code using Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB) and Java Persistence API (JPA)/Hibernate.
- Hands-on experience developing applications with Java Development Kit (JDK 1.6 or higher).
- Proven experience leading agile or iterative development teams including planning designing implementing and integrating complex JEE-based systems.
- Experience building applications with JavaServer Faces (JSF) in IBM WebSphere Portal 6.1 or higher.
- Expertise in developing and deploying applications in IBM WebSphere Application Server 7.0 or higher.
- Proficient in writing and maintaining code with IBM WebSphere MQ and developing Java web services using JAXB / JAX-WS.
