Summary:

Our client is seeking 3 Electrical Specialists and 1 Mechanical Specialist to support assembly wiring and mechanical tasks. These roles involve machine setup wiring electrical checks assembling and repairing wire harnesses/avionics products and preparing test articles fixtures and devices. Candidates should have a basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical methods be comfortable working with tools and eager to learn. Training will be provided (3 4 weeks depending on experience).

Responsibilities:

• Perform machine setup machining wiring and electrical checks.

• Assemble repair modify and install wire harnesses and avionics products.

• Prepare test articles fixtures and data collection devices for testing.

• Perform basic mechanical/electrical preparation and verification tasks.

• Work with tools such as drills torque wrenches adhesives and power screwdrivers.

• Electrical Specialists (3): Wire harness stripping repinning hardware installation shielded wire handling torque wrenches power screwdrivers.

• Mechanical Specialist (1): Drilling bracket installation hardware assembly.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

• 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.

• Technical aptitude with tools machines wires adhesives.

• Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical methods (no extensive experience required).

• Adaptable flexible and eager to learn.

• Electrical roles require eye exam.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Physical Requirements:

• Must wear safety glasses; masks may be required depending on work area.

• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.

• Qualify for fall protection harness (weight limit: 350 lbs).

• Crane certification available post-start if desired (not required for hire).
