Essential Duties:
- Support attorneys in commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters.
- Prepare legal documents in compliance with court specifications.
- Draft transactional documents assist with transactional due diligence and support commercial loan closings.
- File UCC financing statements real estate documents and other filings via PACER state e-filing systems and paper filings.
- Maintain pleadings discovery and closing files for all assigned matters.
- Enter time diaries and prepare trial binders notebooks and exhibits.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of paralegal experience preferably in commercial litigation bankruptcy foreclosure or banking.
- Pennsylvania notary license is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of modern office practices effective proofreading and MS Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $60000 $85000 depending on experience.
