Job Summary
Role:- Reinsurance Business Solution Analyst
Mode of Work:- Hybrid- Warren NJ
Contract
Must Have:-
Required:
- Consultant should have at least 3 years of experience in Core Commercial & Specialty Reinsurance (not life reinsurance)
- Profile aligned to insurance and reinsurance domain would be a huge plus (multi domain profiles I.e. mix of insurance/banking/shipping domains etc. with some past reinsurance experience not preferred since candidates mention they have forgotten reinsurance as it was few years ago)
- We need a core reinsurance Business Analyst (profiles with reinsurance program manager/reinsurance operations roles would not fit)
- Need to have core experience on reinsurance policy and claim process
JD:-
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years Business Analyst experience.
- A minimum of 3 years working in Reinsurance with solid Reinsurance Underwriting or Reinsurance Claims Business Accumen.
- Demonstrated experience in gathering documenting and prioritizing requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Strong attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders on large initiatives.
