Job Title: SailPoint IAM Developer
Location: Philadelphia PA

Job Summary:
- Responsible for leading identity governance solutions using SailPoint IIQ. This role involves designing developing and deploying IAM capabilities including provisioning certification policy enforcement and access reviews.
- The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to align IAM strategies with business objectives ensuring secure and compliant user access.
- The role also focuses on upgrading SailPoint environments integrating with enterprise systems and implementing best practices for governance and operations.
- A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and experience in IAM architecture is essential.
Technical Skills:
- 8 years of experience in IAM with minimum 8 years working on SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle roles policies workflows certifications and access request processes
- Hands-on development experience in Java BeanShell scripting XML and REST APIs
- Experience with onboarding applications and connectors (Active Directory LDAP databases cloud apps)
- Deep understanding of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) SoD (Segregation of Duties) and compliance policies
- Knowledge of SDLC processes and ability to work in Agile environments
- Experience in handling SailPoint upgrades patches and migration projects
- Strong debugging troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to work across teams and explain technical concepts
- Prior experience with regulatory domains like Finance Healthcare or Government compliance
- Familiarity with cloud-based IAM tools and hybrid identity architecture
- Experience in integrating SailPoint with ServiceNow Azure or Okta.
