Job Duties & Responsibilities
Conducts business process sessions modeling sessions and interviews.
Participates in work groups/ focus groups.
Performs analysis of process and technical information.
Maintains knowledge of regulatory changes impacting healthcare i.e. CMS TDH etc.
Performs end-user training of processes and conducts audits of process use.
Conducts on-going enhancement of processes procedures and audits.
Skills & Requirements
Required bachelors degree
Required 3 years of experience with business operations systems development or business related analytic and communications experience
A masters degree may substitute for 2 years of required experience
