Position Summary:

The Speech Language Pathologist specializing in Post Acute Care:

Provides medically prescribed services for inpatients and/oroutpatients to restore function minimize disability following disease or injury and to assist thepatient in reaching his/her maximum possible level of functioning to assume a place in societywhile learning to live within the limits of his/her disability.

The job duties are to provide assessments and treatment activities with patients.

Requires normal courtesy and tact in dealingwith others.

Education:Required Licensure Certification Etc.

Mastersdegree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Current State licensure as Speech Language Pathologist required

Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred.

Current CPR certification.

Work Experience

Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship

Experience in a Post-Acute rehab setting is required

Salary Range: Minimum 51.00/hour - Maximum 51.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
