Responsibilities:
- Perform neurosurgical procedures with precision and expertise.
- Assess and diagnose patients neurological conditions accurately.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patients needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in neurosurgery and medical practices.
- Provide guidance and support to medical staff and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Neurosurgery.
- Valid state medical license in Colorado.
- Proven experience working as a Neurosurgeon.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in patient care.
Level I trauma
Schedule: 24-hour call 7a-7a
Required Procedures: Surgical traumas (cranial and spine) surgical spine fractures
Support Staff: RN MA trauma and neurosurgeons
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
