Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Class A Vessel Fitter to join a Tulsa-based fabrication team. This role focuses on the precision fitting and welding of pressure vessels tanks and shells in accordance with ASME standards and customer specifications. The Class A Vessel Fitter position requires strong vessel fabrication and layout experience as well as the ability to interpret complex blueprints with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately fit and assemble large vessel components including heads nozzles shells baffles and internals.
Collaborate with engineers welders and quality inspectors to meet the highest fabrication standards.
Perform layout marking and cutting tasks based on engineered drawings and tolerances.
Work with precision tools and measuring equipment to verify accuracy.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean organized work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Class A Vessel Fitter in vessel fabrication and welding.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and engineering specifications.
Knowledge of ASME standards and pressure vessel fabrication practices.
Skilled in layout cutting and precision fitting tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to safety quality and meeting deadlines.
