Your tasks and responsibilities:

End to end responsibility for commercial and contract part in the projects internal and external
Calculation of customer-specific tenders in infrastructural facility management (soft services)
Host of internal meetings (Commerical and contract meetings)
In charge of development and submission of best in class commercial and contract proposal
Leading Tender Project Commercial & Contract Team and develop best in class commercial and contractual solutions and achieve market leading hit rate

Your expertise:

Professional experience in the calculation of infrastructural facility management services
Excellent communication organisation and time management skills
Must be self-motivated and deadline orientated
Avantage English
