What Youll Do:
- Lead and mentor a skilled foundry team.
- Oversee daily pouring operations scheduling and production quality.
- Drive continuous improvement safety and efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with management on training process improvements and new technology adoption.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong leadership in a foundry or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of casting operations quality and safety.
- Experience with Lean 5S or continuous improvement an asset.
- A passion for problem-solving and team development.
