Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Ensure supervision of Companys policies and procedures management process: drafting sharing and reviewing validation and publication;
• verify publish and archive Companys policies and procedures;
• ensure management review and internal regulatory device in coordination with the competent corporate functions responsible for monitoring external or Group regulations through animation and in coordination actions so that the regulations are implemented if appropriate by the competent functions;
• monitor the internal regulatory system with consequent animation and reporting actions towards departments and companys committees;
• support Companys departments in drafting and maintaining regulations governing their processes ensuring compliance with defined guidelines and supporting the author (process owner / risk owner) in the correct interpretation of the principles for drafting procedures;
• support Departments in defining implementing and updating their processes within the tree of processes in line with roles and responsibilities of various organizational structures;
• ensure updating and maintenance of the Carta delle Responsabilità due to changes in process outsourcing / internalisation internal and / or Group reorganizations organization chart and / or mission of the departments;
• collaborate with competent structures for updating the Delegation of Autority;
• keep documents relating to internal regulations.
