Your key responsibilities include:
- Ensure timely and correct service during meals breaks and conference drinks
- Support and host events meetings & banquets with international guests
- Provide service and hospitality throughout the event
- Assist the Chef de Rangwith organization and smooth operations
- Act as contact for guest requests and complaints
- Maintain hygiene standards
- Support colleagues across the banqueting department
Be able.
- Eagerness to grow learn and be part of a family-like and ambitious team
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Ideally experience in a similar role or training in hospitality
- Strong communication skills in German and English
