About the Role

• Program Leadership & Oversight:Drive a multi-year enterprise-wide Insider Risk program managing workstreams spanning technology business controls and compliance.
• Technology Enablement:Oversee deployment and integration of insider threat detection platforms monitoring tools and data security technologies ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Business Controls & Governance:Establish and maintain policies procedures and governance frameworks to manage insider risk across Fraud Cybersecurity AML and Corporate Security
• Risk & Regulatory Alignment: Ensure program outcomes meet regulatory expectations ***Stakeholder Management:** Engage senior executives business leaders and technology teams to align objectives manage dependencies and ensure buy-in across the organization.
• Financial & Resource Management: Manage Multi-Million dollar budget

• 10 years experience Program/Project Management experience in Insider Risk Management.
• Banking and/or Capital Markets industry experience highly desirable.
