How Youll help us connect the world:
As a Lab Technician you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to build maintain and modify test setups. You will work closely with internal team members to contribute to current and future products. You will interact with SW HW and SQA engineers. You must be responsive flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform basic maintenance troubleshooting of Network equipment
Keep inventory of Lab equipment
Monitor Electrical systems in the labs (understand electrical components flow wiring outlets)
Maintain Technology Labs (understand the technology organize lab equipment operate hand tools and power tools etc)
Ensure that engineers can perform their work with minimal interruptions by addressing lab-related issues quickly and effectively.
Manage and track a large inventory of equipment components and parts including the ordering and replacement processes.
Efficiently organize lab space ensuring that everything is accessible and properly labeled.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent .
Familiarity with windows and linux operating systems
Must have electrical experience
Must possess good written and oral communication skills
Basic ability to troubleshoot network equipment (Servers/Switches /Routers/Cable Modems)
Computer skills proficient in use of MS Word and Excel
Understanding of lab safety procedures including proper handling of equipment hazardous materials and emergency protocols.
Must have very good interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong attention to details
Must be a self motivator work as a team player and follow written procedures

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants skill sets years of experience training education geography and other business needs. Depending on experience the range can be higher for candidates with eceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This positions expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $70000.00- $85900.00.
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and vision plans life and accidental death insurance a 401(k) plan and participation in the Companys Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date) as well as other leave options.
