ABOUT THE TEAM

The Design Services Team part of the NA Digital Hub delivers customer-centric SAP-branded assets across print digital video web design and 3D design/printing transforming content into compelling experiences that resonate with customers. Using cutting-edge design techniques and software and leveraging AI-driven enhancements in language imagery audio and back-office systems were redefining how design drives business outcomes. As a diverse multi-functional design team we set creative standards enable customer-facing teams and help visualize what life could look like after implementing an SAP solution through high-impact design that elevates the sales experience

THE ROLE

As a Mixed Media Designer on the Design Services Team youll have the opportunity to shape how SAP shows up visually at customer events meetings and strategic engagements not just within brand guidelines but beyond them. This is a role for a seasoned creative who thrives on turning complex business messages into visually stunning customer-centric experiences. While graphic design will be your core focus youll also flex into UI mockups interactive presentations and occasional video editing. Youll work with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft tools to create assets like infographics placemats posters booklets PowerPoints and short-form videos all under tight timelines and with high visibility. What makes this role exciting is the creative freedom: you wont be confined to a single visual style. Instead youll help express SAP differently for each customer tailoring the design to resonate with their unique journey. Youll collaborate with business leaders contribute to brainstorming sessions and be part of a global design community that values innovation empathy and bold visual storytelling.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree or higher in Graphic Design Visual Design Motion Graphics or Industrial Design

5 years experience

Fluency in English with strong communication and collaboration skills

A portfolio that showcases exceptional visual design skills and creative range

Deep understanding of design principles including composition visual hierarchy color theory and balance

Ability to distill complex ideas into clear compelling visuals that connect with diverse audiences

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator

Experience with UI/UX tools such as Adobe XD Figma InVision or similar

Proficiency in video editing using Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro Express Camtasia or Canva

Familiarity with promoting AI tools for script writing interface creation image and video generation

Strong project management and critical thinking skills; ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

Self-motivated with the discipline to work independently and remotely when needed

Hands-on attitude with proactive communication and a collaborative mindset

Must be available to work in-office 35 days per week

Passion for design and a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver excellence

Foster an open-minded and creative atmosphere based on simply communicating complex matters transparency constructive feedback mutual respect and integrity internally and externally

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience creating social media content and mobile-shot videos

Sketching cartooning illustration skills or graphic recording

Compositing animation motion design or dynamic interaction design

3D design experience (e.g. Blender)

The targeted combined range for this position is 91600 - 205700 (USD) actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skillsexperience scope ofthe role location etc. as determinedthrough theselection process.
