DeLaval is now looking for a Communication & Commercial Visits this role you are responsible for creating great experiences for our customers partners and others visiting our head office in Tumba (Stockholm). You will work together with Corporate Communications and colleagues from various parts of our global organisation to make this happen.
Role and responsibilities
The Communication & Commercial Visits Specialist at DeLaval is responsible for delivering high-quality engaging experiences for customers partners and other visitors to the Tumba headquarters. This includes planning hosting guiding and managing the logistics and invoicing of visits to the farm factory and office. Additional responsibilities are to support the communications team with creating and managing various content in corporate communication channels.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe that you:
- Have strong public speaking skills and fluency in English which is the corporate language at DeLaval as well as Swedish. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Is service-minded solution-oriented and works well in a team.
- Experience from creating content using a variety of tools is a plus.
- Administrative abilities such as handling logistics and invoicing are also important.
- A background in agriculture or knowledge about DeLaval is a plus but not required.

Additional information
This is a full-time permanent position based at DeLavals headquarters in Tumba south of Stockholm. Although we offer a hybrid workplace model allowing flexibility to work remotely this role requires the majority of the time to be spent in Tumba.
