Job Summary
Te Manawa - Museum of Art Science and Heritage is alive with colour noise and activity. We stimulate and inspire our community and visitors providing unique and fun experiences which explore our identity creativity and ingenuity.
We are looking for awesome people to be Santas elves in the period leading up to Christmas. Santas elves are happy and joyful with endless energy and a love for Christmas.
Santas elves assist to make an unforgettable Christmas experience for everyone who visits Santas Cave. Working as part of a team with Santa you will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors providing information answering questions retail sales and managing queues and occupancy levels. You will enjoy working with children are outgoing and enthusiastic have excellent communication skills and experience in a customer service role.
Santas Cave will be open seven days a week from 15 November 2025 to 5 January 2026. Starting date will be 10 November 2025.
Santas elves work 9.45am to 1.30pm and 1.30pm to 5.15pm over seven days on a rostered shift system.
