• 販売組織の拡充営業社員採用被統括代理店の登録と既存募集人を含めた育成

• ピープルマネジメントフィールドサポート1名営業社員2名

• 営業社員育成のためのマーケット開拓法人会及び各種団体へのアプローチ

• AIG損保商品の拡販Y2024年間GPW実績4億5840万

• AIG以外損保商品の拡販Y2024年間ANP実績3650万

• 大型保障制度の拡販Y2024年間大同生命死亡S6000万

• FWD生命商品の拡販Y2024年間AAP実績374万
