The San Franciscooffice of SmithGroupis looking for aEntry Level Medical Plannerto join our team.
Working with us you will:
- Perform specific portions of medical planning assignments under guidance.
- Document changes to planning documents as instructed.
- Assist with data collection assembly and visualization.
- Prepare graphics and plans to support project development.
- Support user group meetings with visuals and meeting notes.
- Contribute proactively to the project team environment.
- Follow directions and manage time effectively across assignments.
- Create graphics for marketing proposals and materials.
- Research information for marketing content and proposals.
An ideal candidate has:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 02 years of experience in the A/E industry.
- Intent to pursue professional licensure preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Revit and Bluebeam.
- Awareness of basic health facility planning requirements.
- Understanding of relevant codes and regulatory standards for healthcare environments.
- Strong communication skillsgraphic verbal and written.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team setting.
