Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for safety and quality minded Senior Manufacturing Manager (Level L) to be a part of the Tubes Duct & Reservoir Center leadership team in Algona Washington.

A manager in this role will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability trust teamwork quality and safety.

Position Responsibilities:

Leads by demonstrating and holding all accountable to the Boeing Values and Behaviors.

Leads develops and motivates employees and first-level managers.

Manages employees and first-level managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines.

Develops and executes integrated departmental plans policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies goals and objectives.

Acquires resources for department activities provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports.

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing

3 years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse manufacturing teams initiatives and projects to meet business objectives and influence change

Proficiency with Microsoft office tool suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3 years of experience in working to lead and develop teams to execute to safety compliance quality and cost

3 years of experience in lean processes and initiatives

3 years of experience in coaching guiding and mentoring teams

3 years of experience working within a cross-functional organizational environment

Shift:

This is a first shift role there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.
