As an Executive Management Trainee you will
Get an exceptional and close understanding of how a listed multinational company is managed. You will have a close collaboration with your executive leader and be a part of their leadership team to execute diverse exciting and often complex tasks with various stakeholders. You will be provided with insights in how to run the biggest Telco in Sweden and meet key people across the organization helping you to create the best possible start for your successful future career.

It is a highly challenging yet rewarding position where you will be part of a Trainee community and colleagues eager to support you. You will be permanently employed from day one expected to start in August 2026 and located at Telia Companys head office in Solna Stockholm. You will take on this challenge for approximately 12 months until you together with your leader find your next big opportunity within the company.

In this role you will amongst other things:

• Work directly with your executive leader and support them in their daily work

• Participate in and lead strategically important projects in different parts of the organization

• Coordinate and prepare leadership team meetings as well as follow up on management team priorities and action points

• Be a proactive member of your team and get experience from multiple different business areas in the organization

Who were looking for
To excel in this role you are at the beginning of your professional career and graduate at masters degree level no later than June 2026. Your degree should not be older than two years.

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills

• Curious mindset with a particular interest for connectivity media and the technology industry

• Great analytical and reasoning abilities

• Skilled multitasker with a daring and inquisitive mindset

Your experience:

• Strong academic background with a Masters degree in Engineering Business Economics or similar

• International experience or interesting extracurricular activities is a plus

• Professional experience e.g. relevant internships or current employment

• Excellent communication skills in English
