Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor & control shift KPIs including:
- Productquality
- Labor and machine productivity
- Material consumption
- General expenses
- Production flow
- Health Safety and Environment (HSE)compliance
2. Ensure implementation of allProcess Control Procedures (PCPs)andStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)during production
3. Conductproactive analysisof daily shift results to controlprocess parameters
4. Oversee and support allproduction-related activitiesduring the shift.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Chemical Engineering course
- With at least 2 years experience in manufacturing company set-up
- Basic analytical skills (KPIs measurement & analysis)
- Basic knowledge in MS Excel MS Word and MS Powerpoint
- Good English Communication skills both oral and written
