Job Summary

Your Tasks

Role Purpose:

Develop the execution of the brand strategy at the point of sales by understanding the needs of all markets from the latam region apply the proper category & channel lenses and translating it into solutions for the customer management and field teams. Incorporates Category and Shopper Understanding to ensure that a clear Picture of Success (PICOS) is designed and delivered by Category and by Retail Environment. Own the execution of the assigned categories

Main Accountabilities:

Planning: Ensure that the ABP meets the needs of the business and are properly funded and resourced and support the mapping of the needs of all activation markets and incorporate it into lead mkt workstreams.

  • ABP/ Fast Start/ Business reviews: Build S&CM ABP/Fast Start / BR process for the MU.
  • Innovation:Design innovation package (fine tuning EM PICOS and Selling Stories) and deliver in full to all relevant activation markets.
  • S&OP: Build local forecast for Category/ Channel
  • Base business:
    • Design the assortment strategy based on Shopper occasions/RE understanding.
    • Assure that plan by Channel (RE) follow brands principles on the commercial strategy: pricing promo shopper activation in store execution aligned to marketing plan (Game Plan)
    • Develop annual updates on all Category Success Models (CSM) for all categories.

Commercial operations: Work in a fit for purpose S&CM operating model

  • PICOS: Drive synergy. Work with S&CM Channels on developing PICOS within customer based on annual plan. Work with activation markets on commercial plans to activate PICOS in each market.
  • Insights: Develop a single source of insight generation for the cluster including collecting insights from activation markets converting into actionable insights and communicating to all markets in the cluster.

Store Execution: Have a store-back mindset in all programs and workstreams.

  • Field immersion: Do structured trade visits to verify retail context and collect information / insights about execution trends and competitors.
  • Beauty advisors/Dermo advisors consultants: design training material and processes to provide proper technical knowledge to the consultants developing promotional material (brochures samples uniform etc).
  • Ensure tracking results monthly and that local action plans are in place by store.

Your Profile

Knowledge Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing Sales or Shopper/Trade Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the Mexican trade landscape with preferred multichannel expertise.
  • Solid financial analysis capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in aligning brand and channel strategies and driving their implementation.
  • Skilled at identifying customer needs and developing business strategies accordingly.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management within a matrix organization.
  • Capable of navigating ambiguity and resolving conflicts among diverse stakeholders and internal/external clients.
  • Pragmatic dynamic and results-driven with a proactive hands-on approach.
  • Adaptable and proactive thriving in fast-paced high-growth and evolving environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative team player.
  • Personable energetic responsive confident and trustworthy.
  • Passionate about simplification and creating synergies.
  • Fluent in English.
