What Youll Do
- Gain on-site experience at construction sites quarries mines and production facilities.
- Analyze data develop process strategies and contribute to capital projects.
- Take ownership of tasks that have a tangible impact on our business.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve shared goals utilizing your knowledge and creativity.
- Create and present a capstone project to executive leadership showcasing your achievements and insights.
- Learn regulatory compliance and safety standards that shape our industry.
- Develop skills in scheduling project profitability accounts receivable and billing.
- Support our strong safety culture in every aspect of your work.
Ideal Candidate
- Currently enrolled in an accredited trade school college or university and in good academic standing.
- Professional adaptable and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information.
- Tech-savvy and able to juggle multiple assignments at once.
- Self-motivated energetic and committed to achieving high standards of excellence.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Pass pre-employment physical drug screening and background check.
- Hold a valid drivers license (DL/CDL) with possible endorsements.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including nights and weekends if required.
- Strict adherence to all safety protocols including use of PPE (such as face shield and safety shoes).
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle physical activity as outlined.

Physical & Work Environment
