- Proactively generate qualify and close new sales opportunities with residential and commercial customers.
- Utilize both self-sourced leads and company-provided leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct sales calls virtual meetings and follow-ups during East Coast business hours.
- Dedicate a minimum of 2 hours daily to outreach efforts (phone email networking or virtual presentations).
- Collaborate with our customer service team office manager and owner to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and excellent client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and outcomes using company tools and processes.
- Represent the company professionally with strong communication skills and industry knowledge.
- Proven experience in sales preferably in home services construction landscaping or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated disciplined and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote role.
- Tech-savvy and able to manage CRM systems email and virtual meeting platforms.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software is highly desired.
- High level of professionalism integrity and a team-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working on a 100% commission basis with no base salary.
- Commission-only pay structure with unlimited income potential.
- Earnings directly tied to your performance and success in generating and closing business.
- We may also offer a draw upon commission after 90 days designed to support long-term high-performing sales professionals.

This is a remote position.
The 800 Craftsmen who represent our Brandare the heart and soul of our turn-key white-glove home repair maintenance and improvement are skilled and experienced in many trades but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.
Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customersfolks truly appreciate our high level of service and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
