Job Title: SPO Offshore Team Lead
Exp-10-18 years
Location: Bangalore
Key skills and expertise:
Executes the end-to-end MS 365 migration program accountable for delivery timelines and executive reporting.
Manage migration strategy (cutover hybrid staged) builds playbooks and aligns with Program goals.
Oversees delivery (AD Exchange Teams SharePoint Power Apps) identifies blockers and maps technical readiness.
Provides deep technical guidance during pilot rollout and cutover. Troubleshoots escalations.
Identifies technical risks (identity mail routing DNS) and designs mitigation plans.
Aligns migration success criteria through technical validation checkpoints with QA Lead and other team members.
Provides executive dashboards migration progress and adoption metrics.
Owns stabilization phase defect closure and handover to support. Oversees technical tuning performance validation and transition to operations.
