As a Trainee Structures Worker youll learn how to maintain and repair the structures that keep our rail network strong including bridges culverts and other essential assets. Working alongside experienced maintainers youll receive On the Job Training and gain skills in safe work practices using tools and equipment and documenting your work.
This is a practical outdoors role where no two days are the same. Youll contribute to team toolbox meetings support safe work practices and help ensure KiwiRail continues to deliver safe reliable services across the country.
