As part of our Global Sovereign Cloud Delivery team youll play a pivotal role in ensuring that Sovereign Cloud regional operations run in a harmonized secure and scalable this role youll work with security-hardened SAP cloud solutions such as SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) SAP Fieldglass SAP Ariba SAP Customer Experience (CX) SAP Business Data Cloud and more.

What youll do
As a Cloud Operations Engineer youll:
- Support Global Solution Experts in defining operating standards for the SAP Sovereign Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate across global and regional teams to break silos enhance communication and align on best practices.
- Contribute to process improvement & standardization by helping refine Standard Operating Procedures Work Instructions and Knowledge Base content.
- Drive scalability and harmonization by ensuring consistent deployment practices across regions.
- Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) processes such as service request incident problem change management and release operations
What you bring
- 3 years of experience in a DevOps role and a bachelors degree in a relevant technical field.
- A strong analytical mindset team-player spirit and a proactive results-driven approach.
- Comfortable working in a globally distributed team and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of enterprise software applications and IT/Cloud operations.
- Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
- A high degree of service focus customer orientation and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 116800 - 198600(USD) actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skillsexperience scope ofthe role location etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
