Purpose:

To seek talent and train up on data analytics and product development.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business problems from the department; identify and document requirements and data needed to solve them.
• Analyze and review gathered data identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Collect and establish relationships between data categories and work on data presentation.
• Communicate data insights and findings effectively to diverse audiences within Singtel promoting data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze customer behavior for insights using data-driven approaches to improve Singtels product and service offerings.
• Prepare data visualizations dashboards and reports based on data analytics and statistics.
• Develop scripts and tools to extract and manipulate data.
• Work with IT on source data requirements report design and report requirements.
• Develop coordinate and support the sales and marketing effort for assigned product portfolio and manage its entire lifecycle.
• Manage product requirements and drive the development process and delivery timeline.

Qualifications:

• Studying for Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Good to have: Skilled in analytics tools for efficient data manipulation (Databricks) and data visualization (Excel Power BI DataBricks).
• Ability to analyze large datasets.
• Growth mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of Project Management Professional concepts and pursuing growth in such areas.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
